Privacy & cookies
Vivid Capital LLC · Updated September 7, 2026
This notice describes this Vivid Capital website. Vivid Capital is based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States.
What this site collects
The website does not install optional analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or social-media embeds. It has no on-site inquiry form, account registration, payment collection, or visitor database. Images and styles are served with the site. We do not use this website to sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Essential hosting and security
The site is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering pages and protecting the service can involve IP addresses, request metadata, security logs, and essential cookies. The restricted Sites address may require OpenAI sign-in. Rejecting optional tracking does not stop essential network requests or hosting and access-control processing. Hosting log, cookie, and backup retention is controlled by these providers and has not been independently verified for this deployment.
Your privacy choices
Review privacy preferences. You can reject optional tracking or withdraw consent using the permanent Privacy choices link in every footer. There are currently no optional tools to accept, so acceptance is unavailable. Closing the controls, scrolling, or continuing to browse never provides consent. No banner interrupts your first visit because no optional tracking is present.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected. Optional tracking remains off whether a signal is present or not, and whether JavaScript or browser storage works or fails. Any future optional provider or materially different purpose will require new affirmative consent before loading. A valid refusal will remain effective.
Preference storage and retention
If you reject or withdraw, we save a first-party browser-storage entry named vivid-capital.privacy containing only the policy version, choice, time, and expiration. Refusals are honored for up to 365 days, without renewing that period just because you visit. Expired entries are ignored; browser storage may retain the expired entry until it is cleared or replaced. Clearing site storage removes this preference. No identifiers, visited URLs, inquiry content, or server-side consent receipts are collected by this control. No acceptance records are created. If optional analytics are introduced, ordinary consent would expire after 180 days unless a documented requirement calls for another period.
These durations are design choices, not a statement that one retention period applies everywhere. Withdrawal does not delete historical records held by a provider.
External links and contact
Links to LinkedIn, SparkHVA, and press publishers take you to separate websites governed by their own privacy practices. They receive information when you follow those links. Information you choose to send there is not submitted through this website.
For a privacy request, contact Vivid Capital through its existing LinkedIn contact channel. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial documents through social media. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain your information, or object to certain processing. We will assess requests under the law that applies. A dedicated first-party privacy contact channel has not yet been published.
Scope and changes
This notice covers the site implementation, not all of Vivid Capital’s business records or third-party sites. Applicable obligations depend on jurisdiction, visitor location, business activities, and statutory thresholds. This notice is not a guarantee of universal legal compliance or security. We will update it when the website’s practices change.
