Hospitality consulting and investment experience
Before founding Vivid Capital in 2020, Jai spent more than seven years with HVS and helped establish its Nashville office in 2014. His background includes underwriting more than 250 hotel and mixed-use projects with a combined value exceeding $10 billion, including proposed Nashville developments such as the Four Seasons, The Joseph, and Virgin Hotel.
Education and industry involvement
Jai earned bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Enterprise Management from the University of Tennessee. He co-founded the Middle Tennessee Hotel Association in 2016 and previously served on its executive board.
